Techs and gadgets usually have some exciting deals during the Black Friday season sale. Many popular brands join the discount bandwagon and market the most affordable price for their products. Customers are advised to research well and compare and contrast the products they wish to buy. There are no Black Friday deals yet; however, based on last year’s offers, below are some of the Black Friday tech deals one can expect.
Smartphones
Last year, there were numerous Black Friday deals on various smartphone products. Among the exciting deals were discounts of $100 on the Google Pixel 7, which originally cost $600. The Google Pixel 7 Pro was available for $749 after a discount, down from its original price of $899. Additionally, the Google Pixel 6a was sold at $299 after a discount.
In the Samsung series, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 was sold for $1,470, discounted from its original price of $1,920, while the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra was priced at $975.
Motorola Moto G Stylus was originally priced at $300 but was later sold at a discounted price of $180. The OnePlus 10 Pro was sold for $550 with a $250 discount.
There were deals on Apple iPhones and many other smartphones. Since some new models are launched in the market, shoppers can expect new discounts.
Smartwatches
Some of the popular smartwatch deals last year included the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4, which was sold for $169 on Amazon when the original price was $279.
The Apple Watch SE 2022, originally priced at $299, was available for free with certain conditions and when purchased through AT&T. Meanwhile, Walmart was selling the Apple Watch SE 1st Gen, GPS+Cellular for $229, which was a discount from the original price of $309.
The Google Pixel Watch LTE also had a similar deal with AT&T, and the original price of the watch was $399. These free watches were on a purchase of a phone in contract with this network company.
Laptop and tablets
Lenovo Chromebook 3, priced at $139, was sold at $79 during the Black Friday sale last year. There were heavy discounts in this category, and many brands applied for such offers. There were deals on Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3, which was sold at $550 after a $350 discount.

Gaming consoles
Many brands like Nintendo, Xbox, and PlayStation had deals available on platforms like Best Buy, Amazon, Target, GameStop, Walmart, and Nintendo.
However, the PlayStation 5 infamously does not have any discounts or deals, and it is possible that this remains the same this year as well. The product is for $500.
Similarly, the Xbox Series X has not had any discounts anywhere online or offline.
Nintendo Switch OLED was sold at $320, but these devices get sold very quickly, so it is recommended to grab the offer as soon as it is out.
Smart home devices
Some online stores may have pre-Black Friday deals on some of these products, but it’s best to check on the day a customer wishes to purchase, as these deals can quickly expire.
Amazon Echo Dot may have discounted their pricing to $24.99 and the Echo Show to $34.99.
There are also other products to explore, like the Google Nest, SimpliSafe, Abode, ADT, Frontpoint, Vivint, and Ring.
